Paid Media Marketing Manager 

As a Paid Media & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing and optimising paid media campaigns across various platforms to maximise ROI and achieve marketing objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.

Skill Set

  • You should possess a comprehensive skill set in Digital Advertising, inclusive of Paid Search and Paid Social.

  • Minimum 4 years in the industry with strong proficiency in at least 2 of the following platforms:

  • Paid Social (Expertise in Meta & Instagram, Pinterest & TikTok)

  • Paid Search (Google & Microsoft)

  • Programmatic Advertising (Skill set should include media planning, tracking setup, DSP setup, reporting, and analysis.

  • Familiarity with DV360 & CM360.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

  • Create, implement, and manage paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels.

  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and KPIs to ensure they meet or exceed targets.

  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimise campaigns.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyse campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

  • Use analytics tools to generate regular reports and ensure optimisation.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.

Budget Management:

  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively to ensure the best possible ROI.

  • Continuously optimise budget allocation across different campaigns and platforms.

Competitor Analysis:

  • Keep a close eye on competitors' advertising strategies and identify opportunities for competitive advantage.

  • Make data-driven recommendations based on competitor analysis.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that align with campaign goals.

  • Work closely with the team to align strategies and priorities.
